Eddleson Rural Community

EDDLESTON OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB..........

................ was set up in 2004 by a voluntary committee of parents, to provide after school care, primarily for the children of Eddleston and the surrounding area.

Today the service operates from Eddleston Village Hall, which is a short walk from Eddleston Primary School.

Our aim is to provide after school care for primary school children, through play and education opportunities that are both fun and challenging. At all times we promote the dignity, privacy, choice, safety, potential, equality and diversity of all users of the service.

WHO ARE WE?

The club is run as a non-profit making community service and is in the process of registering as a charity. Fees are kept to a minimum, and we benefit from fundraising events and grants. Run by a team of qualified and vetted staff, the Club is registered with the Care Commission.

Interested parents/carers and their children are encouraged to come for a pre-admission visit during which staff members will be happy to answer any queries you may have.

For further information on enrolment, employment opportunities or anything else, please telephone the Committee Secretary: Roddy Scott on 0776 500 6764 or email him at Roddy Scott
